Traditional Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient practice with both relaxing and therapeutic properties. Performed fully clothed on a padded floor mat, it is a holistic and interactive style of bodywork.
Pace starts slow with gradual deepening of pressure using hands, arms, and feet, incorporating rhythmic muscle compression and assisted stretching. A Thai Massage can leave one deeply relaxed while simultaneously energized.

Thai Massage is performed fully clothed. Please wear or bring loose/comfortable clothing.
An initial Thai Massage lasts 90 minutes. After that, sessions can be scheduled for 1-2 hours.
